Boxed 12

To finish, you must be on the course throughout the event. The course loop is 1.9 miles long. It is flat and mostly bike path. Competitors can not leave the park and return later. All participants who start and end at 6:00 will need a headlamp. Drop bags are permitted in the designated area on the course. Snacks will be provided, as well as gatorade and water, but participants are encouraged to bring their own "fuel". Crew Members are only allowed to assist participants after the participant is through the check point. Pacers are not permitted (unless it’s David Goggins or Harvey Lewis). There will be three separate categories that runners can compete in within the Boxed 12 hour race;, a 12 hour, a 6 hour, and a 3 hour category will will available depending on your abilities.

The athletes with the most distance covered in the 12 hour, 6 hour, and 3 hour categories will all be awarded individual trail monster trophies. There are no age group awards, only finisher medals. The top Male & Female will receive an amazing TRAIL MONSTER TROPHY!
