The course is all contained inside the Englewood MetroPark. The course consists of a 7.8+ mile circuit that will be completed 4 times for a total of 31.4 miles. The course will be roughly 65% trails, 35% on road/bike trail. Traffic on the park roads will be maintained so it is up to the runners to watch for cars. There is a marked bike/running path on the roads that should be used by the runners. There are only 3 hills on the course of any significance. This is a fairly easy and flat course.
