Amy's Run: An Amigas Ultra 6 Hour

Amy was a wonderful mother, friend, Christian and accomplished Ultra runner. She was a 50 Mile Beast, a two time Sehgahunda finisher to name just a few of her many athletic accomplishments. She was about the best darn long running partner anyone could ask for. We lost her to a medical emergency on 3/27/2018. Amy was a mom of three and we all miss her dearly.  Her annual 6-Hour event will help raise some funds for the American Lung Association, in her name, for 2020. The charity was important to her and her family. Her father was a lung transplant recipient and a kind Patriarch who passed shortly after Amy.

The race is a six hour event on a 1.1 mile out and back in Durand Eastman Park on Lake Ontario (each loop totaling 2.2 miles).
