8 Hour Dream Endurance Race
3rd Annual 8-Hour Dream will return to the campus of Butler University in Indianapolis, home of the Bulldogs and historic Hinkle Fieldhouse. Participants will run loops choosing between the long course (5K) or short course (1.9 miles) starting at noon and continuing towards sunset. Tent Village is located outside Hinkle Fieldhouse. All participants (individuals and team participants can set up tents, shower at the new student rec center, order food delivery or visit the Oskar Blues Beer Garden throughout the event. 2016 event attracted 275 participants from 11 states. Winning distances were: top male = 47.8 miles; top female = 42.74 miles; and top team = 66.3 miles.
