OVERVIEW: RUN/WALK FOR MILITARY MENTAL HEALTH
22 Miles to Break Boundaries is a nationwide movement honoring our nation’s military heroes—and a call to action to fund life-saving brain health and suicide prevention programs. Join from anywhere in the U.S. and choose your challenge—the Endurance Trail Run or the family-friendly Hero Run 5K.
Founded by Army Veteran CPT Kyle Butters (Ret.) in honor of his fallen brothers and sisters lost to combat and suicide, this event exists for one urgent reason: this must change. Every mile you conquer—and every dollar you raise—directly fuels life-saving programs at the heart of Infinite Hero Foundation’s mission.

WHY IT MATTERS
The funds raised through this event support veterans facing service-connected brain injury, mental health challenges, and suicidal ideation. Donations are invested in the most innovative, effective treatments and programs—delivered at no cost to veterans, nationwide.
Participation goes beyond showing up. Participants are encouraged to create a peer-to-peer fundraising page or team and rally their community to help accelerate mental health care for our heroes – making fundraising an essential part of the 22MTBB mission. It’s easy—and the Infinite Hero team will coach you every step of the way.
This event also offers a meaningful team-building opportunity for businesses and organizations committed to service and impact. Corporate partnerships are available.
Whether you take on the endurance challenge or the 5K, your role matters—and your fundraising helps ensure real change. Together, we push beyond the status quo so our heroes can heal, thrive, and move forward.
