1877 Ultra
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Crazy Water to bring you the 1877 Ultra. The town of Mineral Wells is steeped in history. From its founding in 1877, to its boom after the healing properties of its water was discovered, and now to its revitalization.
Held in the rolling hills of Lake Mineral Wells State Park, you'll run on the Cross Timbers Trail System. The trail showcases expansive views of the lake. You'll encounter rocks and a small amount of sandy trail on a single track course surrounded by beautiful Texas wildflowers.
After the race, cool down in the spring fed Lake Mineral Wells. Take some ime to explore the quaint downtown shops and restaurants. Just a short drive from the DFW area, come for the race, then spend a weekend in this uniquely Texas getaway town.
