Ryan Montgomery
Ryan Montgomery is the 10th ranked North American ultrarunner for 2023. Montgomery ran four highly competitive races and placed well in all of them, topped by a win at the Quad Rock 50-miler in Colorado. Montgomery, who identifies as queer, is the founder of Out Trails, an organization that promotes inclusion and is a leading advocate for LGBTQ+ runners.
