Losing 200 pounds is no easy feat and neither is finishing the Moab 240. Arizona resident Callie Vinson can now claim both of those titles as her epic journey unfolds before the universe.
Callie joins host Scotty Sandow to discuss her weight-loss journey, which began when she weighed 377 pounds while living in Chicago, transitioning to ultras, running Moab 240, connecting with her own heritage, Strava art and so much more.

Wow great interview and story of Callie, very inspiring… As an obese youth at 21yrs of age I lost my weight and have been running since age 23. I am now 67 and although I have run all these years I enjoy watching ultra trail stories and hope to run an ultra myself someday…Thank you both for a wonderful program..
wow! awesome story.
