Woolley Trail Runs
All three runs are out and back with a few road crossings. Participants will heed traffic while crossing all roads, there will be NO crossing guards. As with all NW Ultra events these are meant to be fun runs with limited aid. Any diversion from the trail will be marked as well as all turnaround points. All three courses are out and back on railroad grade gravel path. The course has a slight (unnoticeable) uphill grade on the way out, with of course the same downhill grade on the return. There will be an aid station at each of the turnaround points (6.6 miles, 13.15 miles, 15.7 miles) and mile 4. Plan on carrying water and aid. This is not a USATF certified course and you can’t qualify for Boston, but it is at least the advertised distance.
