The race is designed for the beginner to be able to safely complete while remaining challenging and for experienced runners to be able to enjoy a fast time testing their endurance. Aid stations will be fully stocked ultra style + no further than 3 miles apart.The course is not terribly technical. There are rocks and roots but they’re not plentiful.
