Alford Springs 6-Hour is set in beautiful Alford, MA. Following the "Father Loop" on BNRC property, runners will have 6 hours to run as many of the 4.3 mile loops as possible. Not for the flat track or road runner. There is 800' of elevation gain each lap! No partial laps will be scored.
